RedViking's Navathor Interface Software Module for Ignition - License Agreement

RedViking hereby grants to Customer a non-exclusive, perpetual license to (i) install and use one instance of the software module for internal business purposes, and (ii) make copies for installation or backup purposes only. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Customer shall not: (a) modify, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform or sublicense the software module; (b) allow third parties to use or otherwise exploit the software; or (c) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive any of the software's source code. The licensed software module and any accompanying documentation shall at all times remain the property of RedViking and Customer shall have no right, title, and interest therein, except as expressly set forth in this Agreement.
